I am a nearly famous rock musician and a famously obscure scooterist.  I have the smallest scooter in the group (2002 Vespa ET2), but that’s ok.  I’m all about the underdog, and I’m a big fan of the road less traveled.  Give me enough time, and I’ll get there.  I have a fantastic internal compass.

I play bass for several obscure and semi-famous people, and I lead my own band, called Parallax Project. We make records and play for people who have large, eclectic record collections.  My own collection is so diverse that it actually confuses me sometimes.  I got to live like a rock star for a while in the 90’s, but I much prefer the gentle lull of middle class semi-obscurity.  It smells better.  I work for a company that pays me really well to have opinions on things.  I’m used to doing that for free, so that’s a real windfall.  I have a very large vocabulary, and I’m quite fond of complete sentences. 

I’m going to buy a vintage scooter very soon, as I recently spent some time developing my wrenching skills. I’ll still ride the ET2 quite a bit, because I want to see how far I can get on
